Updating Google Map as a Local Guide is something to do. You can add new roads to the map. Also you can give reviews to the map, when you visit a restaurant or shop or anything like that.
Some say with my support Google is becoming rich yet, I don't get any payment.
Doing this is a volunteer service. I believe this is a community service.
Anyway I had lot of friends because of it. Also there is a very good community who updates google map as me, we are, " Sri Lankan Local Guides".
